ATAS specialises in creating websites for conferences.
Each website is built to your requirements - we can help with design work or wording if needed. Websites are linked to online registrations, exhibition bookings or abstract managment where applicable. ATAS uses a "content management system" to ensure that you can update the website wording and photos yourself, without the need for an expert. However, should you wish us to do content management for you, you'll find our rates extremely competitive. Ensure your event gets the online exposure it deserves with a custom-built website. ABSTRACT MANAGEMENT |
This software has been created to make the submission and review of abstracts easier and more automated.
Authors may submit their details and abstracts here, and reviewers can read and score them online. The system communicates with both - notifying reviewers when abstracts are submitted in the categories they review, and telling authors whether or not their papers/posters have been accepted.
Conference administrators can extract valuable information from the system - such as unactivated accounts, abstracts still to be reviewed, a download of all abstracts, and so on. A comprehensive control panel is available, which allows admins to customise much of the process to suit their needs, and have the system do a lot of the work that used to be manually completed.
