ATAS uses a "content management system" to ensure that you can update the website wording and photos yourself, without the need for an expert. However, should you wish us to do content management for you, you'll find our rates extremely competitive.

EXHIBITION BOOKINGS

Use our state-of-the-art online exhibition bookings system to reduce paperwork and save time.

Send us your floorplan and we'll create an interactive, online version - your clients can book stands, order customisations and pay online. ABSTRACT MANAGEMENT

This software has been created to make the submission and review of abstracts easier and more automated.

Authors may submit their details and abstracts here, and reviewers can read and score them online. The system communicates with both - notifying reviewers when abstracts are submitted in the categories they review, and telling authors whether or not their papers/posters have been accepted.

Conference administrators can extract valuable information from the system - such as unactivated accounts, abstracts still to be reviewed, a download of all abstracts, and so on. A comprehensive control panel is available, which allows admins to customise much of the process to suit their needs, and have the system do a lot of the work that used to be manually completed.

BULK MAILER 

Need to send out branded invitations to your mailing list? Update delegates on the conference programme? Send a thank you note or post-conference notes to attendees?

This is a highly effective, good-looking and cost effective way of doing it. We use it for our ATAS newsletter - see the example at the right.
